These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between AbetTravels (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (referred to as “you” or “your”) for the provision of travel services by AbetTravels, also known as SSDTours. 1. Booking and Confirmation:

5. Travel Insurance:
5.1 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
5.2 AbetTravels is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the travel period.

6. Passports and Visas:
6.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that passports and visas are valid.
6.2 AbetTravels will not be held responsible for any issues related to passports or visas.

7. Health and Safety:
7.1 It is your responsibility to check and comply with health and safety requirements.
7.2 AbetTravels reserves the right to refuse service to individuals with health conditions that may pose a risk.

8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 AbetTravels is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or additional expenses incurred during travel.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services booked.

9. Force Majeure:
9.1 AbetTravels is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

10.Governing Law:
10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AbetTravels is registered.

11. Privacy:
11.1 Personal information provided by you will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to Terms:
12.1 AbetTravels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
